- How to track my order?
Tracking numbers will be sent to you via emails once your order is scheduled to be dispatched (usually 1-2 days after purchase), if you haven’t received the email it might have fallen into the junk email section therefore make sure you have checked it too. Then click “view my order”, after which, click on the tracking number and you will be able to see the shipment status. - Refund ?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will issue a full refund we've received your returned product. However, we're not responsible for any return shipping cost. We are unable to issue any refund if the buyer refuses to return the product or the returned items are lost during transit.
